Setting up the programme

You launch a points programme without setting anything up from scratch: you choose a ready-made model, the settings fill themselves in, you adjust, you turn it on. Everything can still be changed afterwards.

What you can do

  • Choose one of the three models (Simple, Generous, Collector) or a custom programme.
  • See for each model its rules and what it gives back to the customer.
  • Adjust the prefilled settings, then turn it on after reviewing the rules your customers will see.

Step by step

  1. Open Loyalty: as long as no programme is active, the screen offers the setup.
  2. Click Choose this program on a model, or Set it myself.
  3. Adjust the suggested values.
  4. Click Turn the programme on, review the rules, tick I have read the rules my customers will see, then Turn on.
