Team, security and settings

Hand over the shop without losing sight of it: one account per employee, precise permissions, a log of every action, and settings that follow your rules.

Each employee has their own account and permissions, box by box, store by store. At the counter, one shared tablet is enough: everyone signs in on it with their PIN code. The owner protects their account with two-factor authentication, which can also be required for the whole team; sensitive actions (money, exports) require a recent code, and the screen locks after a period of inactivity.

Settings hold your rules: pausing the shop with a scheduled reopening, legal details, shipping costs, buyback rates, default prices, loyalty, event defaults. The activity log keeps track of every action, by every member and every assistant.
