You reward your best customers more: bigger vouchers for more points, and Silver and Gold statuses that add points to every earning.

What you can do

  • Add up to three voucher tiers beyond the first, each with more points and a bigger voucher.
  • Have tiers suggested based on the first one.
  • Turn on the statuses: Bronze for everyone, then Silver and Gold, with a threshold of points earned over 12 months and a % bonus on every earning.
  • See the current breakdown of members by status.

Step by step

  1. Open the Rewards tab.
  2. Click Suggest tiers, adjust, then Save tiers.
  3. Turn on the statuses, enter the thresholds and the bonuses, then Save statuses.
