Frequently asked questions
Does Pyryx Pro replace my till?
No. Pro prepares counter sales on screen (items, discounts, till slip by VAT rate) and keeps stock accurate; payment is taken on the certified till you already have.
What equipment do I need?
A computer or a tablet with a recent browser. A webcam to photograph cards at the counter, a printer for labels and a TV for the store screens, if you want those tools.
Which games are supported?
The games open on Pyryx: their cards, sets, languages and market prices are already in Pyryx Pro.
How do I bring in my existing stock?
Import a CSV or Excel file: Pyryx Pro recognises the cards and prepares your listings. You can also add cards as your buybacks come in.
Do my employees need an account?
Yes, each one has their own Pyryx account and role: they only see what you entrust to them. At the counter, one shared tablet is enough; everyone signs in on it with their PIN code.
How is my data protected?
Two-factor authentication is required of the owner at sign-in and for sensitive actions, and can be required of the whole team; the screen locks after inactivity, and every action is written to the activity log.
I have several stores: is that possible?
Yes. Each store has its own stock, team, screens and events; your buyers see a single online shop.
Where are my cards sold?
On pyryx.com, the trading card marketplace. Your listings appear there as soon as you put them on sale.
How much does it cost?
Two plans: Base, free, and Pro Extended, at €49.90 per month, with AI credits and more screens. The platform also takes a commission on your online sales, shown before each sale.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes: the demo opens the real Pyryx Pro on a made-up store, with no account needed, at pro.pyryx.com/demo. Nothing you do there is saved.
Which languages are available?
French, English and Spanish, chosen by each team member.
What is the AI assistant?
With Pro Extended, you can connect Claude to Pyryx Pro (ChatGPT is coming soon) and entrust it with specific actions: change a price, prepare an order, reply to a buyer, create a tournament. You choose each action, and everything is written to the activity log.
